Return and Exchange Policy:
1- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
2- Return within 3 days and exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3- The promotional offer linked to the returned item can be returned if in its original condition, or the promotional value will be deducted.
4- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered the customer's acknowledgment that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
5- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.
6- If it is found that the product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and has the right to recover the amount or request another product of the same value.
7- Ensuring the accuracy of entered data; we are not responsible for any delay due to incorrect data.
8- The Scientific Supply Store has the right to modify product prices with discounts or increases as needed throughout the year, and the product price does not change at the moment of purchase.
9- If there is a delay in receiving the shipment from the shipping company, the company will return the shipment to us, and to resend it to you, the shipping cost will be transferred again.
10- When the returned shipment due to non-receipt arrives, the customer will be notified via email, and the order will be shipped again, with the customer bearing the second shipping cost and any other costs incurred due to non-receipt. If there is no response within two weeks from the notification date or if the customer does not wish to bear the shipping costs, the customer has no right to claim the shipment or any compensation. If the customer wishes to cancel the order and get a refund, the return shipping cost and any other costs incurred from returning the order will be deducted.
11- We guarantee the book will arrive free of defects (tears, stains, printing errors). If a defect is found, the customer can exchange it within 5 days of receiving the books from the shipping company. After this period, exchange or refund is not allowed.
12- If any book is out of stock, the refund will be processed within 10 working days after we receive the customer's banking information.
13- The stated delivery time refers to business days (Friday and Saturday are not considered working days), and the working days do not include closure periods during holidays (Eid Al-Fitr from 25 Ramadan to 5 Shawwal, and from 5 Dhu al-Hijjah to 12 Dhu al-Hijjah).
14- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of desire for exchange or return.
